CONNECTED. COMMITTED.
Safety
360 is committed to safety above all else. To us, no project is successful unless it is built safely. We believe that all accidents are preventable, and through proper planning and training, employee engagement and empowerment, and constant vigilance, we can ensure that everyone leaves the jobsite in the same condition that they arrived. Period.
Find below what is considered normal safety operations for us. It is in bold because we take it seriously.
Amidst ever evolving safety practices, 360 ensures that our team is properly trained on best practices and safety regulations to keep our job sites safe.
Jobsite Inspections
Maintaining job site safety is a priority. It’s critical to ensure that safety procedures are being followed and properly implemented throughout the company. We employ an OSHA 500 safety director who writes project-specific safety manuals and periodically monitors our jobsite activity as well as provides support to our 'competent person' assigned to the project.
Jobsite safety includes, but is not limited to:
>Routine Daily & Weekly Safety Inspections
>Ensure Safety Compliance through Clear Communication
>Empower Personnel to Identify and Mitigate Safety Risks
>Ensuring proper-fitting PPE is available to all crews.
>Frequent Onsite Toolbox Talks

Our curriculum is manufacturer-approved. Our trainers are field-experienced tradesmen who bring the technical expertise to our workforce development efforts.
